It has been a busy year for Mike at work. During the first part of the year he was in the process of completing a project in conjunction with his counter-parts in Brazil. After that there was a small addition to an existing project he had designed (this small addition turned out to be quite a bit larger than anyone initially anticipated). As 2001 drew to a close Mike was working on two Asian projects, and just before he left for vacation at the end of the year he found out he was moving to a new cubicle two floors from his current location. This required some last minute "purging & packing", as he termed it. His spare time is still spent either reading, or playing video games on the computer. His most recent favorites are "Quake III Arena",  "Unreal Tournament" for on-line gaming, and  "Dues Ex", and "Serious Sam" for single-player action.
